With a spirit that’s up to any challenge and a driving force on the field, JUNG MIN LEE
"My performance improved every year with Team Hanwha Qcells and in the end I took the win!"
A former backup national athlete at age 14 and a national team member since her junior years, JUNG MIN LEE has been an emerging force in the scene since her KLPGA debut in 2010. Especially after winning the Doosan Match Play Championship, she’s become a highly regarded and poster player for KLPGA. She has a powerful drive and strength, and her forte is that she can skillfully hit a 2-3 iron which is rare for a female player.
At one time, it was Team Hanwha Qcells who helped her out of a bad slump. After signing JUNG MIN LEE at the start of the 2018 season, Team Hanwha Qcells has been by her side every step of the way as her number one fan and supporter. All these efforts paid off with a big win in 2021 breaking her out of dry spell that lasted 5 years and 7 months. “Many have said it must have been hard going through the dry spell but then, it never got to me. In golf you could be up here today but hitting rock bottom tomorrow, you just never know." Her very own definition of golf has inspired many in the field.
